Knowledge Institutes of Technology continues to be the premier choice for top graduates in and around Salem zone. The Placement cell has been functioning in our campus since 2009. The cell interacts with reputed organizations in order to arrange campus interviews for placement of final year students and it also arranges internship for students in various industries. Starting from 2009 we have successfully placed a large number of students who have appeared for placements through KIOT. We highly value our relationships with all the industry recruiters and are committed to make the recruitment Process productive, smooth and an overall positive one.
The Placement Cell takes care of an Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) and organizes pooled off campus recruitment drive for various companies for the last decade. The aim of ISR is to support students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Thus provides an opportunity to attend placement not only for our students but also for other college students across the state and country. Since 2009, we have organized 230+ pooled off-campus recruitment drives for leading Multinational companies such as IBM, TCS, Wipro, CTS, CGI, Mphasis, Hexawarc, Data Pattems, Tech Mahindra, OFS, Amazon, Aspire Systems, mcage, HCL, Britannia, itcrrault Nissan, Mind tree, GKN Driveling iNautix, CSC, Syntel, MRF, NTT Data etc. Around 4800+ candidates, who graduated from various Arts & Science, Engineering and polytechnic colleges, have been recruited by them and benefitted through this ISR activity. The scope of the event is to provide opportunities to all students to attend placements and pave way for creating larger talent pool for our esteemed recruiters, thus they will have the option of shortlisting candidates from different colleges instead of one and have enough numbers to fulfill their requirements based on their opening.
