Centre for Foreign Languages (CFL) has been functioning in the institution to offer certificate courses in foreign languages such as Japanese and German to the students of KIOT to help them qualify in international examination, get placements in Multinational National Companies and enable them to pursue higher studies in international universities.
JAPANESE LANGUAGE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
CFL of KIOT has been offering N5, N4 & N3, Q5 & Q4 certificate courses in Japanese language to the students of KIOT since 2013. In this regard, KIOT has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ABK AOTS DOSOKAI (Erode Chapter). The Japanese language training programmes are conducted by well experienced and certified trainers from India and Japan. CFL also regularly invite native Japanese entrepreneurs and recruiters from Industries to create awareness about Job opportunities for the students with Japanese language proficiency and certification.
Every year, more than 250 students of KIOT successfully complete the certificate courses and qualify in N5, N4 & N3 examinations conducted by Japanese Foundation and Q5 & Q4 examinations conducted by Senmonkyouiku Publishing Co Ltd. Moreover, students also get attractive placements in Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HCL Technologies, QuEST Global, Fujitsu and Tech Mahindra with salary package of over 3.5 lakhs per annum. Outsourcing Technologies, Japan has also offered placements to 12 students of 2020 batch with annual salary of 18.5 lakhs.
