Anti – Ragging

ANTI – RAGGING COMMITTEE

As per the direction given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Anti – Ragging Committee is formed at our institution with the following objectives.

• To prohibit, prevent and eliminate the scourge of ragging.
• To create awareness against ragging menace and orient the students.
• To offer services of counselling to the students.

To take all necessary measures for prevention of Ragging inside the Campus/ Hostels.

ANTI – RAGGING SQUAD

 As per the direction of UGC and Anna University, Chennai, the Anti-ragging squad was formed at the Institute with the following objectives.

• To make regular visits to hostel and common places to prevent ragging in the campus.
• To monitor students activities in the campus.
• To give alert message to the chairman of Anti-ragging Squad for further action.

Students Grievances and Redressal Committee

 As per the direction of UGC and Anna University, Chennai, the Students Grievances and Redressal Committee was formed at the Institute with the following objectives.

• Upholding the dignity of the College by promoting cordial Student-Student relationship and Student-teacher relationship.
• Encouraging the Students to express their grievances freely and frankly, without any fear of being offended.
• Ensure effective solution to the student grievances with a fair approach.
